Is your CCTV App Offline (but cameras are working on the monitor/TV)?
Depending on your system setup your Hik-Connect, Hilook or Guarding Vision app my go offline if there has been a modem/internet issue or power failure. If this happens there a few few things to check and 99% of the time it is an EASY fix!
Assuming nothing has been changed ESPECIALLY your modem or internet provider please:
1st: Make sure everything is turned on and plugged in!
2nd: Make sure your modems internet is active/working! Check it by running a speed test (just google speed test and run any test)
